Recently, my husband and I went to a steak restaurant in Austin and ordered their special of surf-and-turf. It was delicious and totally decadent - steak and lobster in one meal!
It made me think of something I saw on the Travel Channel about a hotel in the Caribbean that offers ‘lobster hunting’ and then will grill the fresh lobster you catch for dinner.
When we asked the restaurant where the lobster was from, they said somewhere in Central America. I immediately asked if it was Honduras and they said yes! So….it makes me think. On our next trip to Guanaja, I wonder if we could try to find our own lobster for dinner? Also, how big of an export is lobster for Guanaja?
